A solar powered waterfront escape was built to complement a one hundred year old boathouse. The bold colors in the study and powder room give way to airy escapes in the brightly lit bedrooms and bathrooms. Centered on natural light and views of the water a custom-built sliding door unifies the existing boathouse with the newly constructed sunroom.
