This 1935 waterfront residence overlooking Edgartown Harbor was fully reconditioned to enhance the structural integrity while also adding a new kitchen, living room, his-and-hers baths, and a lower level. Careful consideration was made to ensure the home was architecturally sound for years to come. The existing structural was meticulously reinforced to support needed structural upgrades. The floor plan was redesigned to take advantage of the summer breezes, and encourage use of the three different patios.
